• Tenants are usually required to have the
    chimney, gutters and dryer vent cleaned prior
    to vacating the property.
  • The tenant is responsible for payment for services.
  • Tenants are responsible for providing a receipt to the property manager.
  • Tenants must provide access to the property for all vendor services as required.
  • Tenants may schedule appointments 30 days prior to move-out.
  • Tenants are not exempt from payment for services unless a work order is submitted by Property Management prior to the appointment date.

VENDOR SERVICE POLICIES

  • The tenant/resident must provide access to the property on the date of service.
  • Appointments for work on the outside of the residence can be completed at any time with approval of the homeowner or property management company.
  • Appointments that require access to the inside of the residence are scheduled within a window of time that must allow for drive time and traffic conditions. 
  • If the resident is not available to receive the written report or invoice for services completed, the report/invoice will be emailed to the responsible party. 
  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment time.
  • In the event that we are running late, or must cancel an appointment for any reason, we will contact the resident by phone and/or by email to reschedule the appointment
