Tenants are usually required to have the chimney, gutters and dryer vent cleaned prior to vacating the property.
The tenant is responsible for payment for services.
Tenants are responsible for providing a receipt to the property manager.
Tenants must provide access to the property for all vendor services as required.
Tenants may schedule appointments 30 days prior to move-out.
Tenants are not exempt from payment for services unless a work order is submitted by Property Management prior to the appointment date.
VENDOR SERVICE POLICIES
The tenant/resident must provide access to the property on the date of service.
Appointments for work on the outside of the residence can be completed at any time with approval of the homeowner or property management company.
Appointments that require access to the inside of the residence are scheduled within a window of time that must allow for drive time and traffic conditions.
If the resident is not available to receive the written report or invoice for services completed, the report/invoice will be emailed to the responsible party.
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment time.
In the event that we are running late, or must cancel an appointment for any reason, we will contact the resident by phone and/or by email to reschedule the appointment
Appointments made online receive faster response time during periods of high call volume.
